About the event
Join us at the Ottawa Center for the Arts for a nourishing Sound Healing + Guided Meditation designed to help you release stagnant energy, reset your nervous system, and gently align with the renewal of spring.
We will begin with a grounding guided meditation, inviting you to reflect on what you are ready to let go of and what you wish to cultivate as the light returns. From there, we will move into Vocal Alchemy: a gentle, accessible practice where we use our voices to hum, tone, and resonate together. No singing experience is needed. This is about vibration, not performance.
As individual voices blend into a shared harmonic field, we’ll intentionally clear the energetic body while creating a sense of unity, safety, and connection. The collective sound becomes a living meditation supporting emotional release, energetic alignment, and deep presence.
