Policy Statement

The Ottawa Center for the Arts does not and shall not discriminate on the basis of any characteristic protected by applicable federal, state, and local laws. This policy extends to all aspects of our operations, including public access, programs, services, exhibitions, employment practices, vendor selections, and board governance.

All complaints will be investigated promptly and confidentially, and the Ottawa Center for the Arts will take appropriate corrective action. Retaliation against any individual who, in good faith, reports discrimination or participates in an investigation is strictly prohibited.
