4. Ticketing, Events, and Donations

Purchases: All ticket sales, event registrations, and donations made through the Site or through linked third-party vendors (e.g., ticketing platforms) are subject to that vendor's terms and conditions in addition to these Terms.

Accuracy: We strive for accuracy in all event descriptions and pricing; however, we do not warrant that all content on the Site is error-free. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions and to change or update information at any time without prior notice.

Refunds/Cancellations: All policies regarding ticket refunds, exchanges, and event cancellations are posted on the relevant event page or the ticketing vendor’s site. Unless otherwise stated, ticket sales and donations are final and non-refundable.

THE OTTAWA CENTER FOR THE ARTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES OF ANY KIND ARISING FROM THE USE OF THIS SITE OR FROM ANY INFORMATION, CONTENT, MATERIALS, OR SERVICES INCLUDED ON OR OTHERWISE MADE AVAILABLE TO YOU THROUGH THIS SITE, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, PUNITIVE, AND CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, UNLESS OTHERWISE SPECIFIED IN WRITING.

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms and your use of the Site shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

You agree that any legal action or proceeding relating to the Site shall be brought exclusively in the courts located in LaSalle County, Illinois, or the federal courts in the Northern District of Illinois.
