Plot Summary
The film follows Brian Cohen (Graham Chapman), a reluctant man mistaken for the Messiah in 33 A.D. Judea, who becomes involved with a dysfunctional revolutionary group, the People's Front of Judea, to impress a woman. Despite his frantic efforts to convince his mindless, growing following that he is not the savior, Brian is captured and crucified by the Romans.
